I think, Option D is Correct answer. Professors, Doctors are two different professions, but Men is common

The answer should be "D" because professor & doctor are two different professions while men are common for both.

Let's replace a teacher with professor then option D would be absolutely correct. Because professor is said to be have a phd and they are also called as doctors. My explanation might me correct or wrong.
