First consider a person.

Now we have 3 options. You can take them as 3 sets.

Set 1 = Teacher
Set 2 = Parent
Set 3 = guardian.

Now we have following posibilities for a particular person.

1 Now a person could be a teacher but neither parent nor guardian.(set 1)

2 Now a person could be a parent but neither teacher nor guardian.(set 2)

3 Now a person could be a guardian but neither teacher nor parent.(set 3)

4 Now a person could be a teacher and parent but not a guardian.(intersection of set 1 & 2)

5 Now a person could be a teacher and gaurdian but not a parent.(intersection of set 1 & 3)

6 Now a person could be a parent and gaurdian but not a teacher.(intersection of set 2 & 3)

7 Now finally a person could be a teacher and parent and gaurdian as well.(intersection of set 1, 2 & 3)

So 'B' is the only choice to represent all of the above conditions.
