I think Option A is correct.
All Parents are Guardians and some Parents and Guardians may be Teachers.

A parent can't be a guardian so it should be like:
(Parent circle)(Teacher circle)(Guardian circle).

All the three are interlinked. A teacher can be a guardian as well as parent likewise others also.
