Remember 1 thing in Question.

If conclusion includes a word 'may' then you have to consider other than 1st diagram.

"may" shows possibility and 2nd, 3rd and 4th diagram is drawn by the only possibility.

As per the statement, only 1st diagram is correct and others are "may" possible diagram.

Now,
If conclusion as this.

1 All cars may fans.
2 Some fans are cars.

Then first conclusion saying possibility because it includes a possibility word "may" therefore we can now consider anyone of the possible diagram. If any diagram is satisfying the conclusion, then the conclusion will be correct.

In this case, our answer is C.

Because only 1st conclusion saying to consider possibility diagram (2nd, 3rd, 4th).
But 2nd conclusion says exact as per statement.
So for 1st conclusion, we consider anyone of the possible diagram.
But for 2nd conclusion, we have to consider only and only 1st diagram.
Therefore if we consider conclusion 1 is correct then 2nd will be wrong and vice versa.

From 3rd diagram, both 1 and 2 are right. Then how it could be option D?

There 4 possible diagrams are there. Which one should we consider? According to the last option, E is right. Please help me to get it.

According to the third diagram option (E) is correct.

The 2nd sentence is All fans are cats. If you reverse it will be 'some cats are fans'.

Now we get.

All cars are cats. Some cats are fans.
According to the rules all + some make no conclusion.
So the answer is D.
