Another answer which satisfies all the conditions is:

Bench-1: A B' F
Bench-2: E D
Bench-3: G C'
where (') symbolizes girl. And, one of E or D is a girl.

The following combination is also possible:
A D
C B F
G E

OR

A E
C B F
G D.

Correct me, if I am wrong.

The correct answer is option "D" because they didn't metion the genders of B, G and D they can be either boys or girls.

According to me, the solution is;.

Consider this, " A sits on the bench I with his best friends" means A is a boy "E is the brother of C " means E also is a boy. That leaves with only "3" girls - can't be 4 girls.
