In a class there are seven students (including boys and girls) A, B, C, D, E, F and G. They sit on three benches I, II and III. Such that at least two students on each bench and at least one girl on each bench. C who is a girl student, does not sit with A, E and D. F the boy student sits with only B. A sits on the bench I with his best friends. G sits on the bench III. E is the brother of C.

Table 1 = A,D
Table 2 = FBE
Table 3 = C and G.
In this arrangement, we can say in 1 st Q the answer is 3 or 4 as we can't determine that G is a girl or not.

According to me, the solution is;.
Consider this, " A sits on the bench I with his best friends" means A is a boy "E is the brother of C " means E also is a boy. That leaves with only "3" girls - can't be 4 girls.

According to the question, A sits on the bench 1 and G sits on the bench 3. Since F the boy student sits with only B, so place F and B on the bench 2. Because F is a boy, B must be a girl. Given that, C (girl) can not sit with A, E and D so place it on bench 3.
Given that, A sits on the bench I with his best friends. Therefore more then two students are sitting on bench 1, which are A, E and D. Because A and D are boys, so E is a girl.
G may be a boy or girl.
Answer (b) is correct.
