Yes...question is without complete statements....becoc try this clockwise..p-r-t-v-u-q-s-w....this sitting arrangement is also correct according to the statements given in the question while your answr has sum other arrangements.

Sir in the question facing the center then how R is next of P in left side which facing outside, not center. If it facing center then R in the place of Q.
