The given 4th data states that Q is not between U and S but did not state U and S may be neighbors. The fourth data could be still clearer. Otherwise, we could end up with different answers.

Sir,

It is also possible to assign the seats in another manner.

That gives a small change and only one answer will be changed (question no:1) I got answer 'P', all other answers are similar.

My arrangement (towards right) is P, R, T, Q, W, S, U, V.
