Solution:

Setting up the arrangement:

From clue 1: T's neighbours are R and V, and P is two seats to the right of T.

From clue 3: V must be a neighbour of U (in addition to T), which places U next to V on the side away from T.

Working through clues 2 and 4 (S not neighbour of P; Q not sandwiched between S & W; W not sandwiched between U & S), the only consistent circular arrangement (clockwise) is:
T – R – P – W – S – Q – U – V – (back to T)

Checking neighbour pairs:

Pair Adjacent?
R, V R's neighbours are T & P → Not neighbours.

U, V U's neighbours are Q & V → Neighbours-R, P

R's neighbours are T & P → Neighbours -
Q, W.

Q's neighbours are S & U → Not neighbours.

Answer: RV and QW are the two pairs that are not neighbours.

Can anyone please explain to me, how to arrange the fourth point in the series?

Right= anticlockwise, left= clockwise.

Correct placement is RTVPUSWQ.

They should have given a specific position of at least one i.e.(q s or w). Otherwise 2 results are possible.

The given 4th data states that Q is not between U and S but did not state U and S may be neighbors. The fourth data could be still clearer. Otherwise, we could end up with different answers.
