Two seating arrangements are possible here: (in anti-clockwise direction).
1. T-R-P-W-S-Q-U-V.
2. T-R-P-Q-W-S-U-V.
According to the first arrangement some answers will be different.
1. T-R-P-W-S-Q-U-V.
2. T-R-P-Q-W-S-U-V.
According to the first arrangement some answers will be different.

They should have given a specific position of at least one i.e.(q s or w). Otherwise 2 results are possible.

The question is "which TWO of the following are not neighbors". So there can be two answers.

As per my logic, QW is also the right option.
