Option D is right. Option c would be correct if O is female. Since the gender is not known correctly could not justify the answer. If O is a Male then M will be the paternal uncle to N. If O is a Female then M will be the maternal uncle to N.
Paternal uncle (one's father's brother).
Maternal uncle (one's mother's brother).
Paternal uncle (one's father's brother).
Maternal uncle (one's mother's brother).

@Mr krishna according to option 3. O may be either mother or father to N so without knowing the gender how can we decide. If gender mentioned as O is mother then answer is correct for option 3.

If the gender O is male then only option can be C. But the gender of O is not given. So, it can be maternal Uncle/Paternal Uncle which does not specify any of the option given. So, option is D none of the above.

But they have specifically mentioned "maternal uncle" so 'O' has to be female which is not clear from the question.

@ALL.
m+o means m is the brother of o, means M(male) and o(male or female).
o%n means n is the daughter of o, means n(female) and o(male or female).
Maternal uncle means MAMA. And in this question "O" does not show male or female. The option C is correct when "O" is female.
Case 1: When o female.
Answer M+O = m(male) is brother of o(female), O%M = n(female) is daughter of o(female). Then M is sister daughter of N.
Case 2: When O male.
Answer- M+O = m(male) is brother of o(male), O%M = n(female) is daughter of o(male). Then M is brother daughter of N.
So I can say the 4 option is correct.
m+o means m is the brother of o, means M(male) and o(male or female).
o%n means n is the daughter of o, means n(female) and o(male or female).
Maternal uncle means MAMA. And in this question "O" does not show male or female. The option C is correct when "O" is female.
Case 1: When o female.

Case 2: When O male.

So I can say the 4 option is correct.

Answer C is not right because in answer C, M and O is brother and N is daughter of O this shows M is the uncle of N not maternal uncle.
