4th option not possible because.
(s+T) we don't whether T is male/Female.
But in 2nd option i.e., option B we know (T+S) T is Female.

Option D correctly specifies that T is sister of S, gender of R is of no importance, hence option D is also correct.

The correct answer is D as p is wife of q.
r is a child of q and p.
t and s are siblings of s.
Therefore t is the son of p.

Option 1 gives the right answer. S is the brother of T, and are is the sister of S. So R, S, T might be the siblings. So T can be the daughter of P.
