So, the niece is your Husband's sister.

Niece is also called as the daughter in law.

So your Husband is the SON IN LAW of Anupam.

Anupam's wife's niece is Anupam's daughter-in-law; This niece is the wife of the brother of the lady in the car; so, this lady's brother's the son-in-law of Anupam. So, The husband of the lady in the car also, is the son-in-law of Anupam.

No. Brother son/ daughter will be son and daughter to us. But in some countries different. And Brother-in-law's son/daughter will be called as son-in-law/daughter-in-law.

Niece is sister in law of lady's brother=niece is lady's sister in law. But it doesnt mean that lady's sister in law is her husbands sister. In this question lady's sister in law is her brother's wife.
