Inflammability - the quality of being easily ignited and burning rapidly. Flammability. Burnability, combustibility, combustibleness - the quality of being capable of igniting and burning.
Although, at first I support the answer to be insulation, if we go on to justify the given answer, we can observe that, as conduction is somewhat a positive quality of metal, so in the same way, inflammability is somewhat a positive quality of plastic!
