11 + 22 = 31 - 2 = 31.
12 + 21 = 33 - 1 = 32.
9 + 12 = 21.
8 + 13 = 21 - 1 = 20.
12 + 21 = 33 - 1 = 32.
9 + 12 = 21.
8 + 13 = 21 - 1 = 20.

In the first part of the question,
As in the pyramid. , 11, 22, 31 are in a diagonal.
And adjacent to 11, 12 is there; 12, 21, 32 are in a diagonal.
In the second part of the question,

According to the first part of the question, we analyse the answer.
Since,

- Only 3 numbers are taken.
The answer, according to my analysis,s will be 8, 13, 20.
