Now according to alphabets-H J:8 10
now add 18 into 8 to get 26
add 16 into 10 to get 26

From above logic we have,For first pair
M=14 14-1=13
O=12 12-1=11
For second pair
H=19 19-1=18
J=17 17-1=16
Therefore the final answer is 18, 16.
