here 'h' value 8 + 3 =11
here 'j' value 10 + 3 =13

like wise
here 'o' value 15+3 =18
here 'm' value 13 + 3 =16
so finally it is correct

Here, 'M' is the 13th letter according to alphabetical order: so 13 is given and we got 11 by subtracting 13 by 2 like that, 'H' is 8th letter according to alphabetical order and so 10+8=18; 18-2=16: so, 18:16.

From above logic we have,

For first pair;
M=14 14-1=13.
O=12 12-1=11.

For second pair;
H=19 19-1=18.
J=17 17-1=16.

Therefore the final answer is 18, 16.
