M = 14 - 1 = 13.
O = 12 - 1 = 11.
H = 19 - 1 = 18.
J = 17 - 1 = 16.

Answer is C because M is 13 in the alphabet then O is 11.

Consider
From above logic we have,For first pair
M=14 14-1=13
O=12 12-1=11
For second pair
H=19 19-1=18
J=17 17-1=16
Therefore the final answer is 18, 16.
