Position of M O H J among the 26 alphabets.
M --> 13; so 26-13 = 13.
O --> 15; 26-15 = 11.
H --> 8; 26-8 = 18.
J --> 10; 26-10 = 16.
And the answer is B. 18 16.
M --> 13; so 26-13 = 13.
O --> 15; 26-15 = 11.
H --> 8; 26-8 = 18.
J --> 10; 26-10 = 16.
And the answer is B. 18 16.

We know the all English alphabet from A to Z. There, "H" is the 18th letter and "J" is the 16th letter when counting from Z to A and also excepting the letter "Z".

Total Number of Alphabets are 26, so as per the question above mentioned:
M is the 13th letter and O is the 15th letter as in below detail:
26-13=13 That is, 26 are the total number of alphabets and 13 is the position of M.
Similarly, 26-15=11 That is 26 are the total number of alphabets and 15 is the position of O.
Similarly 26-8=18 that is 26 are the total number of alphabets and 8 is the position of H.
And 26-10=16 that is 26 are the total number of alphabets and 10 is the position of J.

M to O difference = 2.
11 to 13 difference = -2.
H to J = 2.
18 to 16 = -2.
11 to 13 difference = -2.
H to J = 2.
18 to 16 = -2.

I think the right answer could be 816. Because if we see the logic of MO ; 1311. We can get it by counting first alphabet i.e. M from A which comes in 13th alphabet. And then count from second alphabet i.e O which is 11th from Z.

The difference between MO and HJ is 5 letters. So adding 5 to 13.
11 will get 18 and 16.
11 will get 18 and 16.

Here, 'M' is the 13th letter according to alphabetical order: so 13 is given and we got 11 by subtracting 13 by 2 like that, 'H' is 8th letter according to alphabetical order and so 10+8=18; 18-2=16: so, 18:16.
