The sentence is formed as past tense.

"Will" is future tense, "Would" is the past form of "Will". That's why the sentence is wrong.

This is an example of 3rd conditional sentences:

IF + Past Perfect, would + Present Perfect.
It is used to talk about the hypothetical past situation.

Would is right because it is a futuristic sentence but its meaning is changed because of yesterday, "will" can use for only the next step future.
