If conditionals:
Type 1: If noun/prenoun+present tense, noun/pronoun+future tense.
Type 2: If noun/pronoun+past tense, noun/pronoun+would/could/might+simple verb.
Type 3: If noun/pronoun+past perfect, noun/pronoun+would/could+have+past participle.
So option C is the only right option. But isn't the original statement right too.
