You can not convey yourself, you can convey to others. So express yourself.

We can only use the term "Express" for the gestures and explanation of words by human being.

Convey is to make an idea or feeling understandable to someone while express is to convey the idea or feeling into words or gestures.

When we use express and when we use convey?

Actualy both are same but cannot is the most common usage and hence cannot is preffered over here.

No option A is not correct as we cannot convey overself messages use to be convey we use to express our self.

What about option A can anyone tell me if it is correct or wrong ?
