Few:has negative meaning.
Eg:few students suffer from fever. It means that none is suffering from fever.
A few :has positive meaning.
The few:not many, but all.
Can some one tell me about fewe?

As both wrds have same meaning
- Amounting to or consisting of a small number
bt few is used when we consider things that are not noun
eg.one of my few bad habits
and
a few is used with noun
eg.A few of the books have torn jackets.
