The difference between option A and option C here. Reporting verb of option A is in indirect so option A is wrong.

Even I didn't get the difference between A and C. It sounds almost the same.

I too accept option B is right, because its an order which was been give to her servant.

I think B should be the correct option because Nita ordered. Please reply if I am right.

Option B is not correct. I guess. Because we should work out these based on implications.

Option B is correct. Because the word "ordered" in the indirect speech is changed into "said to" in the direct speech according to the rules and we should omit the conjunction in the direct speech, here the conjunction is "to" and we should also change the pronoun "her" into "me" and finally we should put commas and inverted commas that's it. If you read the rules it will be easy for you to understand.

I think option B is correct. Because Nita directly said bring her a cup of tea which implies that she ordered to the servant.
