Hello Friends,
Post: Software Developer (For comps and IT).
Package: 3.8 LPA.
Criteria: No Live KT.
This was an on-campus drive. Following were the rounds conducted:
1. Aptitude.
2. Logical test.
3. Final Interview.
Before starting with the process there was a pre-placement talk.
Aptitude:
There were 15 questions. 10 of logical and quantitative and 5 of technical. +2 for the correct answer and -1 for the wrong answer. The cut-off was 12. The questions were easy, anyone whose analytic skills are good or at least average can easily clear the test. Out of over 160 students, only 12 (two girls and rest boys) of us could clear the aptitude. Those who cleared the aptitude were asked to come to their MIDC office for an interview. There the 12 of us were joined by students from other colleges making the count to 40.
Logical test:
We were asked to write the logic for something like a sudoku puzzle. It was an easy one but most of us got confused and made mistakes. Only a few cleared this round. Unfortunately, I wasn't one of those few. Three from my college cleared this round.
Final Interview:
From what I got to know from my college mates the interview part was very tough. They asked puzzles which none of the candidates had expected.
Finally, only one from our college was selected.
Best Wishes.
