Venue: Chennai.
This was the first time I believe Wipro changed the pattern and has included an automata in it. Rest of the sections remained the same.
So I\'ll mostly talk about the automata ..the hiring was also down to about 9% of the total students who appeared ..last year in my college it was about 40%.
In the automata the various qns asked where:
1. Patterns with star in between them.
2. Gcd and gcd array.
3. Removing vowels.
4. Splitting an array by the given index and sort one part in ascending and other in descending.
5. Different combinations of words that can be formed
Where the different qns that can be asked.
Also refer previous year amcat qns before attending
The program may somehow be twisted too..make sure u know to code ur logic in more than one way because some of the keywords and fn the compiler doesn\'t accept.
Make sure you get at least 1 program correct(if not 1 program fully at least partially).
