Hi All, I attended the Wipro campus drive with in the college. College placement cell has informed on 26th evening by mail that all the eligible students have to report in the college auditorium at 8:30 Am but the Pre Placement talk regarding Wipro starts at 9:30 Am.
In the pre placement Talks they gave informations regarding the Wipro employer\'s life, about company\'s working projects, regarding current technologies. friends this pre placement talk is very important. from your interview point. After this Merit scholars (75% throughout in 10, 12, B.Tech.) were directly called for the Technical Interview. And rest of Students have to go for Aptitude paper.
The level of Aptitude paper is quite easy. There are four section.
- 1 english (Antonyms, Sentence Correction, 1 question on Sentence Arrangements, 2 paragraphs)
- 2 quant (Distance, Time and Speed, Mixture, Percentage, Interest)
- Logical and Technical this help to get 5-6 Questions as it is in the paper.
The result was announced after 2-3 hr. After this I was called for the Technical Interview. ( friends for this round I would like to suggest you to completely prepare each and every things that you have mentioned in your Resume. Because they will totally grill you on this, your final year project, your Industrial training, two of your B.Tech technical subjects (for non CS/IT) students and little bit knowledge of C, C++, and Data Structure.
I was not called for HR round. And the result day I got selected. Friends one thing very important. If you are not called for HR Round don\'t think that you are not selected. Because in the Technical round student before me and after me was send for HR but I was not but I got Selected.
So, there is nothing like that you are not called for HR you are eliminated. So friends show little patience, cover all the topic (go to maths4u see the syllabus of each company, also practice the previous year question paper of Amcat Wipro). As far as HR round is concern prepare basic Questions like Why Wipro, which qualities you have built in your B.Tech 4 years, strengths, why should we hire you like that).
