Hi Aspirants,
First of all THANKS INDIABIX for being my guide. I am Simontiny Singha pursuing B-Tech in Electrical Engineering.
The recruitment drive had 3 Rounds:
1. The Aptitude Test.
2. The Technical Interview.
3. The HR Interview (optional i.e. decided after the tech interview whether required or not).
APTITUDE (150 PERSONS TO 21 PERSONS) :
a. Verbal.
b. Quants.
c. Logical.
d. C Language.
It is easy to crack this test if you have relevant preparation. R.S. Aggarwal books are enough to crack this. But for C, you need to know basics.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW :
They will ask questions from your Projects, Paper Presentations, Programming Languages.
Be confident &. know everything what you kept in your resume.
HR - "Tell me about yourself."
Me - Told.
HR - "Why did you come to Nerist?"
Me - Said.
HR - "Why do you want to join Wipro?"
Me - Said.
HR - "What is your favorite subject?"
ME - "Machines".
HR - "Well, I don\'t know about Machines. Can you tell me about Closed Loop and Open Loop system?"
Me - Said with an example of Working of Washing Machine. He was indeed impressed.
Now his next question is do you know C language.
Me: I know but basic.
He told me to write the truth table of Nor and Nand gate and their applications. He asked me about Microprocessors and Digital Signal Processing.
The questions followed and the Technical HR asked - "Are you fine with the 15 month bond?"
I said - "Absolutely Sir" And I knew I was done.
Wipro selects some persons directly from Technical Round and do not send them for an HR round. And luckily I was one of them. I was directly selected from the Technical round.
