Im a Person who dont want to mention name.(Because Wipro Interview procedure is always a confidential and Wipro is a 100% Ethical company).
There were 4 rounds:
1) GD.
2) Aptitude.
3) Technical Interview.
4) HR interview.
GROUP DISCUSSION :(1365 PERSONS to 637 PERSONS):
It was not like the traditional GD. The HR Gave a topic and pointed out individual by calling their names. You have to speak and at once ur name was called. And please aware of the title ! (If you don\'t get the topic correctly, then ask HR to repeat the topic).
And please speak relevant to the topic. In my batch 15 were present. 7 people spoke irrelevant to the topic, the rest got selected.
APTITUDE (637 PERSONS TO 77 PERSONS):
It is the AMCAT format. It has 4 sections,
English, Logical, Quantitative aptitude, Program logics.
This round is so simple and you can clear this easily if you are thorough with RS.Aggarwal book.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW(77 PERSONS- 60 PERSONS):
Here your resume comes into play. Your resume speaks more than you. They will ask questions from your projects,paper presentations , programming languages known and ask to write basic programs like (Fibonacci, prime number, palindrome etc). You need to be good in your logics and you need to explain the program. If you did it then this round will turn into yours.
After that he asked about waterfall model and software testing and solving a real time problem.
This went for about 15 minutes.
HR INTERVIEW (Final Selection 60-54):
Tell me about yourself,
Why wipro ?
How can you see yourself after 5 years ?
Can you work at any location ?
Rate your program out of 10 ? (7,8 you have to say).
It went for 7 minutes.. It was easy.
Result : Selected.
