Placement Papers - Wipro

Hi Everyone.

Starting up.

I really wanna thank IndiaBix for getting me placed:).

I attended Wipro interview. Wipro has got three rounds in its interview process.

1st Round is Aptitude test (AMCAT).
2nd Round is Tech HR.
3rd Round is Personal HR.

They segregate people based on their CGPAs. Students under 8.2 comes in one category and students above 8.2 comes in another.

First category had to write the Aptitude test and second category can directly go to tech hr.

Luckily I was in second category.

In our college 128 attended tech hr directly and 64 cleared AMCAT test out of 1080. Shocking Uh?

Some were eliminated in tech hr and some were asked to attend personal hr.

At last 99 got placed in our college. The interesting thing here is those who gt eliminate in second round were also selected and some of them who went to third round.

Weren\'t selected. Freaking Interview process.

Its not a big deal to crack tech hr and personal hr.

You just need the following things.

Communicate well. Be confident with your answers though its wrong. Have eye contact with HR. BE COOL (that\'s what helped me to get placed).
