Wipro Interview Experience - Pune, 13 and 15 Sept 2014

Hello Friends, Recently Wipro visited our campus in Pune on 13th and 15th Sep 2014 for CRP. But I\'m sharing my experience today, because yesterday my college has announced results of placement week and I have got offer letter from three companies including Wipro, so very excited and thanks to IndiaBix it helped me a lot.
Wipro CRP consists of three rounds :
1. Aptitude online test.
15-Quant, 20-English, 15-Logical, 20-Programming MCQS(on C,C++ basic concepts), with sectional cut offs.
2. Technical interview.
3. HR interview.
On 13th, First of all there was a PPT of Wipro and later have attended an online aptitude test. Approximately 400 students appeared for the online test and 130 students cleared the round and those who were selected in the test were given a application form to fill.
While filling that we need to write an essay on a general topic.
INTERVIEW :
My essay topic was " We always speak about Unity in Diversity, but we follow it seldom ". Some other were given topic like New Vs Old thinking.
Wipro conducted interviews of some students on the same day, luckily my interview fell on 15th Sept, so I got enough time for preparation.
On 15th Sept :
Technical Interview.
My interview was conducted by a 28-30 yr old man. It was 1 - 1 interview.
Me: May I come in Sir?
He: Come in.
Me: Good Afternoon,Sir.
He: Very Good Afternoon, Had your lunch?
Me: Yes,Sir.
He: Please take your seat. He introduced himself and asked me to introduce.
Me: After introduction, He started asking some basic questions from C,C++(OOP concepts) and Java. Later, He gave me a program on string. I did it perfectly.
He: So, you are very good at technical. And he started asking HR questions such as
about relocation, why wipro, how long will you work with wipro etc.
Me: Answered every questions confidently.
He: Do you have any question?
Me: Asked few question about training and higher studies.
He: Thank you Mr XYZ. I have done with you.
Me: Thank you Sir, have a nice day!
And I know that I have impressed him so much, so he doesn\'t sent me to hr interview.
Generally wipro conducts Tech and HR interviews separately.
Some may also have only one interview like me.
If you are not called for the HR interview and said to leave for the day does not mean that you are rejected or selected.
They conduct HR for those candidates whom they cannot decide whether to select or reject.
Always Be confident. Keep a smile on your face during the interview.
