Hii all, I attended wipro interview on 12 september 2014.
Wipro CRP consists of three rounds :
1. Aptitude online test.
2. Technical interview.
3. HR interview.
On 11th we need to attend an online aptitude test and if we are selected in the test we need to fill application form.
While filling that we need to write an essay on a general topic.
INTERVIEW :
My essay topic was " Independence and democracy - relevance in India\'s context ".
My interviewer was a lady.
She asked me n number of questions on democracy.
Ex: opposite of democracy, she told me some countries names and asked whether is it a democratic country.
While going through my certis she asked me about some subjects and asked what we had in that subject and what are the applications?
She : What is aviation?
Me : Told about aeroplanes.
She : Do you know how your knowledge of your core subjects can be used in Wipro?
Me : Told. (If you listen the pre placement talk carefully you can answer this question).
She : Application of electronics (as I\'m with ECE background).
Me : Told.
She : Explain detailly about your project.
Me: Explained.
She : (Some ece applications like) How does a washing machine work? How did the washing machine know whether to on or off when we on and off the switch? And how does a calculator work?
Me : Told.
She : Asked questions on control systems.
Me : Told.
She : What are your extra curricular activities? And asked some questions based on what I said!
She : Would you want to relocate?
Me : Yes mam.
Approximately 300 students appeared for the online test and 190 students cleared the round and out of that 135 students cleared technical and HR interviews.
And I\'m the one among the selected.
Generally wipro conducts tech and HR interviews separately.
Some may also have only one interview like me.
If you are not called for the HR interview and said to leave for the day does not mean that you are rejected or selected.
They conduct HR for those candidates whom they cannot decide whether to select or reject.
Be confident. Wear a smile on your face.
"CONFIDENCE DOESN\'T COME WHEN YOU HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS BUT IT COMES WHEN YOU ARE READY TO FACE ALL THE QUESTIONS".
