Placement Papers - Wipro

Hi friends,

I attended Wipro (GIS) Pool Drive at Jamal Mohamed College, Trichy. Around 153 students were attended in interview. Placement Talk starts at 9:30.

GIS means Global Infrastructure Service.

There are Three rounds in this process,

1) Group Discussion (GD).
2) Online Aptitude Test.
3) HR.

GD: There are 15 students in a group. We had a topic of "Tamil Nadu food Vs Fast Food". Finally 12 students were selected from my group. Everyone Spokes well. At the end of GD 94 students were shortlisted for online.

Aptitude test:

Aptitude Test (AMCAT) :There are two modules in aptitude test, Verbal ability and Logical. (No Quantitative Questions). It was little bit easy but you have to concentrate well on aptitude.

Finally 24 students were shortlisted for HR round. I cleared aptitude test.

After aptitude test, we have to fill form and write essay, Topic is "Modern technologies makes life more convenient or simple technologies is better".

If You clear aptitude test, then it is almost done.

HR Round:

HR: Self intro.
Me: Told.

HR: Are you ready to sign a 2 year agreement?
Me: Yes.

HR: Are you Ok with relocation?
Me: Yes.

HR: Any Arrears?
Me: No.

HR: Any gaps in education?
Me: No.

HR: Diff B/W Smart Work and Hard Work?
Me: Told.

Finally 20 students were shortlisted in HR Round. I also cleared HR Round.
