Hi,

To all those students who aspire in BPO/ITES sector here\'s a guide to you all.

Before I decided to go for a INTERVIEW "EXPERIENCE" at wipro I searched a hell lot about it\'s process but it was futile. There are no blogs, no post regarding it\'s process.

So I decided to share with you the entire procedure that you will go through during this recruitment process.

DAY1 :

1. The process was supposed to start at at 10am. But people started flocking outside the gate from 9 am.

2. At the gate they will ask for your ID proof.

3. Then after you enter the Building you will be given a page where you have to fill up all your details they will ask for your CV (latest) and passport size photo and they will attach it to the form.

4. After that they will split you into batches (6-7) in number and take you to a room.

5. The one of the HR will come and ask you your Highest Qualification and a few simple question from your CV (mine was why is coin collection your hobby). The main thing they will test whether you have a decent English speaking capability or not.

6. After that comes your "Telephonic Round" or they like to call it "SWAR". It\'s a computer generated software that will test your clarity of your voice and also your grammar skills.

In this test there are 6 sections which includes reading, Listening and then reading, passage answer, correction of error in sentence, synonym, and a free speech on a topic (mine was your school playground and I had to speak for 45 sec :v).

7. After you complete it and clear it then comes your First interview round. Now another HR will call you in a room and ask you simple technical as well as non technical question.

TIP: IF you WANT TO IMPRESS THEM PREPARE A GOOD "TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF". YOU WILL BE ASKED THIS QUES IN ALL INTERVIEWS.

8. Once you clear it you will be asked to fill up a 5 PAGE FORM with all your details. MAKE sure you keep with you at least 1 reference (you shouldn\'t have a blood relation with him/her).

After that you will be taken in a room full of computers and you will asked to give a TECH TEST. Trust me if you are a tech savvy I can answer these 20 question in less than 10 min :P.

9. Once the results are out you will have to wait and wait and wait till you called for an "VIDEO CONFERENCE" ROUND. Here you will have to answer very care fully as it will be recorded. They will ask you simple HR questions and you have to answer them fluently.

If you clear this round you will have a SALARY DISCUSSION with your HR recruiter and he will guide you through the process. (Mind that experience in ANY field < 6 months will be considered as a FRESHER and you will have to take it).

10. Now you will be given the MOST DESIRED OFFER LETTER And you will have to sign some declaration in the contract.

11. After that you will still have to go through a TELEPHONIC RECORD SESSION where you will be asked simple HR question related to your life you will also have to read out.

A passage CLEARLY AND WITHOUT STOPPING OR STAMMERING (AAAHHHH or UUUHHHH. Not allowed your letter get\'s cancelled).

THE MAIN POINT IS THAT THE PROCESS IS VERY VERY LONG. I enter the building at 10 am and was able to get out at 11:45 PM.
