Placement Papers - Wipro

Hi all,

   This is K.Kirubakaran. I am a B.SC\'ian. Because of that I attended WISTA with maths in wipro. Its an off campus held in Vellalar College of Engineering, Erode.

We\'ve arranged there for about 9\'o c. About 200+ students were attended the recruitment process. After completed the Pre Placement Talk about one hr, process have been started.

Rounds:

- GD.
- Written(online Test).
- HR.

Group Discussion:

In that discussion about 15 members in my panel. Topic was Equality among Individuals! Possible or not?, in that my hr were talked about this topic about 10 mins, he said, "don\'t talk about the blood are same in color, same heart so equality is possible like that". And we\'ve discussed about 15 mins. 5 out of 15 got selected in that discussion. I am one among them.

Written(online Test):
     
In the online test they asked to register some of the details about our academic and the test contains:

- 30 from reasoning(Seating Arrangement,odd man out, passage conclusion, etc).
- 20 from quants(time and work, time and distance, simple and compound interest, shares).

It was quite easy to complete but it was tricky too.

Among my batch who have cleared GD (i.e.5 mem) 3 out of 5 got selected. I\'m the one among that 3.

About 37 got selected out of 200+ for the HR interview.

Next round HR one on one Interview.

Before that we have to write essay writing. They have given me a topic" Secularism in India"

After that analyzing the mark sheets I went for HR round about 8.15 p.m.

Me: May I come in sir?
HR: Yes kirubakaran.. Come in....!

HR: How was the day??
Me: Quite nice sir.. How was urs?

HR: ME too good.. And take your seat please.
ME: Thank you sir.

HR: (Seeing my marks of academic)why your mark is too low coming from sslc.?
ME: Said the reason about my mark.

HR: Ok fine. Would you like to watch movies>
ME: Yes sir. I like to watch movies in my leisure time.(this was my big mistake)

HR: Which movie did you watch recently?
ME: Jilla.

HR: can you please narrate the story?
ME: i just stammered and blabbering about the story....(finished)

HR: (Overview my essay paper), what\'s your view about secularism?
ME: Just said whatever I have written in that paper.

HR: Fine MR.Kirubakaran. What is IP?
ME: Said about IP address.

HR: What is Web Server?
ME: Said.

HR: Why Wipro?
ME: I just said it providing a good platform like all.

HR: What is good Platform? What are the qualities of good platform?
ME: Just said, our company providing MS degree in BITS like that.

HR: What is Greatest Strength?
ME: Said.

HR: Ok kirubakaran. I\'m done with you. Thank you.
ME: Thank you sir. I have a good time with you.

HR: Me too sir.

Finally results have been declared at 9.15 p.m.

25 out of 37 were selected. but fortunately I was rejected. I dunno y? But I think I did problem on that telling about the story of Jilla.

But it was the pleasant experience, which was good and make myself to improve my communication and ready for any questions will be shooted in HR.

So be confident, don\'t hesitate, be yourself..
