Eligibility was

12th:50
No standing Arrears
Round 1 MCQ test 331 out of 600 eliminated
There are 50 questions in the aptitude test
Verbal ability 20 questions
Fill in the blanks with appropriate word
Analogy
Synonym
Antonym
Sentence correction
The difficulty was moderate.
Then comes the analytical and quantitative part which which is very easy and has 20 questions
And then there are 10 questions on technical which covers basic C programming one or two questions from Data structures and OS as well as logic gates. Pretty easy if you have gone through your degree by heart.
289 students out of 600 got through to this point.
Round 2 Essay Writing No Elimination:
And then comes essay writing it was on INDIA:60 years of independence.It was pretty meaningless because no one even looked at it.But for some of the students some questions were asked from what they had written so be sensible while writing do not think of it as a essay you would write in university exams.Keep in ready argument for each point that you write in the essay
Round 3 Technical interview 135 out of 289 eliminated
This is the toughest part and they ask in depth according to what you have written in your CV.135 students got knocked out in this round.Be very prepared and clear with concepts of C++ and OOP. I was interviewed for about 30 minutes in this round and the interviewer was very happy with my performance telling me you have done good research. Try to bring out general examples in every thing helps a lot even the interviewer asked me to give real life examples for explaining each thing.Even if your technical does not go that well there were people who got through to the next round just because they were confident. So if you are good in technical it is an added bonus but if you are not make sure you look confident and try to be clear with the basics.
Round 4 HR interview 63 out of 164 eliminated
After this was the HR interview which was for about 10 minutes only be prepared for Why Wipro? Why we should select you?Just keep it cool and fluent. If you are telling lies they will tear you to shreds stay true and be honest.There were also questions about family and specifically the hobbies you write in your resume. The major factor being you have to be confident,fluent and energetic even if your interview is at 11:00pm. 63 students were knocked out in this round mostly who had a bad technical interview because they pass sheets to the HR about performance in
your technical performance.
Result was announced on 12th Sep my name was in the list.
