TECHNICAL

I wished him good afternoon and Tech HR told me to sit.

HR: Tell Me abt urself..
Me: I started continuously for 5 min, wen I told abt nanotech..
HR: What is nanotech..
Me: answered
HR: Encapsulation
Me: answered
HR: Polymorphism
Me: answered
HR: Do u know java?
Me: I am sorry sir.. I do not know.. with a smile..
HR: Inheritance
Me: answered and added all these are features of OOPL.. java also
HR: Do you know C and C++..
Me: Sir I have c knowledge. But I do not know C++
HR: Gave me simple task.. and told me to write flowchart for these..
Me: wrote
HR: fine, Ok if you do not declared a file.. and later you are opening it what would be the output?
Me: By that time he holds HR form in hand I said its compile time error
HR: Are you sure?
Me: I was not, but I do not want to loose at this stage so honestly I told sir I am not very sure
HR: its run time error Gave me form and told ur smile. Best of luck Sharad



HR INTERVIEW

HR: Tell Me abt urself..
Me: repeated the same for 4 min.. (I mentioned I am strong in genetic engg.. )
HR: you have year gap why?
Me: told the reason
HR: what is genetic engg
Me: Started speaking. Continuously meanwhile he got a call so I stopped but he said you continue.so I started and I remember its more than 5 min

Friends always have a smile on face it really works and do not be so unfortunate to be eliminated in HR interview think its now or never try to represent ur all. But pls if you are form biotechnology do not show more than 3 or 4 training/projects, even if you have done a lot.. and pls show your semester wise marks in detail if you are topper.
