H.R.QUESTIONS
1) tell me abt urself
a compulsory que..for this que one shud tell abt his current education, his strengths...around 5.. the best qualities which u have.
hobbies and weakness shud not b told until asked
dont tell him abt ur family background until asked.
2)why did u prefer cse?????or s/w job
u shud tell that u r interested or inspired by someone..
this que is also a deciding factor for the candidate.
but u shud not say that bcos of boom or its good for grls (grls usualy say tht)
3)why did u get less marks in engg or in last sem??
answer this honestly..
4)what r the subjects in ur last sem or in the current sem?
5)why shud i hire u?????
what speciality do u have when compared to others??

good programming skills, good communication skills
ability to work understress, easily get along with ppl,
try to use every opportunity given to me,......
will keep my effort and try to bcome an asset to this organisation
6)what will u do if v did not select u???
ans)as far as i know i have performed well.but if u did not select me,then there might me some mistakes in me which i will rectify and come once again bfore u.
7)what is your fav colour and y???
it would b better if u add some humour to your ans.
8)how is the climate??
ans)say its cool or hot
but not nice or.......
u shud use the exact words like
tremendous light, delicious food.......
9)how many companies did u attened so far??
how many rounds u cleared??
how many students r selected from ur coll?
ans)its always good to b frank..have an idea of the statistics of all the company\'s recruitments

ans)for this que its always better to say either ur father,mother or some relative..bcos u can tell any stories abt them..
the hr will b pleased to hear this ans..he thinks tht u r a member of a good family.. but if u tell the name of a prominent personality, then que will b asked on them in depth which might b difficult 4 u to answer..

ans)as u will select the candidates with good communication skills,i dont think i will have any problem regarding it. i will b co-operative with them and keeping my efforts i will see that v all will achieve the ultimate task..
