West Phamra is US Based product developed company.
The selection process has 6 rounds and takes 3 days. It so long interview process and they looking for stuff and talented guys.

The rounds are:
1. Written Test.
2. Group Discussion.
3. Technical Interview-1.
4. Technical Interview-2.
5. Hiring managerial round.
6. HR round.

Being cool and patient is needed during selection process.

Written Test: It has 4 sections.
1. Aptitude.
2. Analytical Reasoning.
3. English.
4. Programming (C, C++, Java).

After that written test they shortlisted 207 members and conducted GD. GD is for just testing ability to speak and communication skills. After these GD they shortlisted 81 members.

Technical round:
The technical round is bit tuff and took approx 1 for each person. They asked about our project and programming questions like pointer, palindrome etc.

After that, they shortlisted 31 students in Technical Round 2. They covered all aspects such as ECE, Programming like C, Oops, Java and Linux, Iot, embedded etc.

For me, it took 1.30 hours in Technical Round 2. After that, they shortlisted 11 members for HR.

HR:

HR round is very interactive and asks some questions based on situations.

For example, if you are team member and your team leader has done wrong. You told to him but he isn't listening to you then how do you respond and what do you do? Like that, he asked and its so nice.

Finally, they selected 8 members and I'm also one of them. They give nice company gifts like pen, bag, Shirt, bottle etc. One thing guys they are looking for stuff, talented guys to develop the best optimised designs.

So prepare well in all aspects.
