Placement Papers - ValueLabs

Recently, I attended interview in ValueLabs company itself. The process consists of total 6 Rounds.

1. Written test (it doesn't need any preparation because it consists of very simple questions). It consists of 5 sections. Mode: Online time 45 minutes.
2. Technical + English written.
3. GD.
4. Technical-1.
5. Technical-2.
6. Hr.

One section is like questions.

1. John is taller than Ram- who is taller? Ans-John.

Similarly numbers questions and If A symbol is kept this side how will be another side and another two sections I didn't remember it is quite easy. It needs only two things presence of mind and speed. After that they conducted another written that consisted of two passages and 10-12 questions and it very simple time is one hour.

0ut of 400 members 62 cleared the written. They divided them into 6 groups. One of me in 62 and after they conducted GROUP DISCUSSION and our group consists of 10 members. Out of 10, 4 has rejected and 6 was selected after that they said we will call you in week days for technical 1 round.

I got call from HR team on 04-02-2016 your technical will be conducted by tomorrow please visit our office I went for technical and attended they asked me puzzles around 3. I answered only and shifted to technical asked me questions in Java and C++ after they shifted to DBMS and HTML and after they asked me programs in C and about projects and they will check communication skills throughout the interview and they told me that our team inform you later and I went out.

Again I got a call from same HR team you cleared 1st level of technical and you suppose to attend 2 nd technical of interview I went and attended second level of technical conducted by one of board of director and he asked me very nice questions the interview was awesome he asked me technologies and C and Java technology, and Linux, and Cloud computing, and it is awesome experience to me the interview around 45 minutes and the HR came to me and he told me you clear the the 2 nd technical of interview and please attend for HR round.

In HR they asked questions like, Tell me about yourself and why should I hire and some basic questions you want work for 2 years and asked me write a bond I accepted the challenge and they told the company rules and regulations and they asked me any question?

Then I asked sir, there is a symbol outlike one man standing and other are falling down they explained to me and they said to wait for some time.
Finally HR came and announce the results you are in?

I felt very happy.

This was my 13th interview and finally I got the offer in this company and don't get rid of failures and please believe in yourself and enjoy the interviews.
