Placement Papers - UST Global

Hi all, I am gonna share my experience for UST global placement! First of all UST Global is an off/on campus drive, actually the first round was took place in my college (Saveetha Engineering College), second and third round took place in Rajalakshmi Engineering College.

Coming to interview process, there are three rounds:

1) Online aptitude.
2) GD.
3) HR partially tech HR.

Aptitude:

Totally 60 questions, time limit is 60 minutes. There was a sectional cut off so be careful while attending. There was 4 sections, each section has 15 questions. The sections are - quantitative apps, verbal, logical and technical. Practice well for this round because it has sectional cut-off of 12 marks.

GD:

The GD was so good, as my HR was too kind. The topic we got was " Is agriculture is dying What is your view"? We spoke generally. My batch had 9 people among them 4 of them are selected and luckily am one of them. Just talk about what you know don't hesitate, and give two or more entries that's enough.

HR:

I was the first person to attend the interview after completing my GD. The HR was so pleasant, he asked me some general questions and in between he asked to explain the concept of arrays and sorting of arrays. I somehow explained to him, my interview lasted for 20 minutes. Finally, the results are announced after 3 hours. Luckily I was selected. In total of 103 students from various colleges attended second round, at last 20 of them got selected.

This was my 10th company, I was rejected in first round in my previous companies. So don't lose hope, try hard you can to get placed :)
