Hey everyone,
I have attended the UST Global selection process. It has 2 rounds.
The first round it's a written test which consists of 15 technical questions and 15 aptitude questions.
Technical is related to processor, memory, etc. In aptitude topics were work and time, probability, pipe, direction, and missing numbers.
2nd round was face to face interview in which they mainly checked the logical skills, attitude and prob solving skills.
After this round, if you get selected they will ask you to join a training institute in which they have collaborated and you have to pay your training fee on your own. They tell me it's approx 20-30k and the period of 8 weeks. After completing the training they will again take the test if you qualify then only they will hire you otherwise, long will be wasted.
