Trianz Interview Experience - GRIET, Hyderabad..23rd September 2016

Hello friends,
This is Heena from GRIET College, Hyderabad. I am placed in Trianz.
I would like to share my experience with you all, hope it will help you succeed in your campus placements.
My Experience:
To begin with, I am from the electronics branch. Trianz was the 5th company visiting our campus. By god's grace, I got selected and it was the most happiest moment of my life. It was one day drive. There were three rounds.
Written test(followed by essay writing), Technical round (followed by PI survey) and HR.
Written test:
There were three sections in this round(for ECE and EEE branches). There were 60 questions for 60 minutes. Verbal ability, logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude(each consists of 20 questions). For CSE and IT students, there were additional 20 questions of technical section and was allotted additional 15 minutes for them. It was quite easy to clear this round, if you have practiced basic concepts in quantitative. Then there was an essay writing for 15 minutes. You need to write 300-500 words in 15 minutes. This was mass elimination round. Total 215 students have attended this round but only 46 students were able to clear that.
Technical round:
Moving forward from this round is totally based on our panels. My panel was so good. He asked me tell me about yourself, my strengths with explanations and examples, and incidents. He asked me about my projects and all about my resume. It went for 25-30 minutes. Guys prepare well about your resume. Your resume will be your question paper in this round. So prepare well. Only 24 students cleared this round.
Also there was PI survey. Don't panic, there is nothing in this. Its jus about ourselves. Two questions about our qualities.
HR ROUND:
It was for 30 minutes. He asked me about my academics, my abilities, strengths, and weaknesses, some basic questions on C. Asked about IT company, about Trianz, and other general questions. It was very easy. He was very cool person.
Around 8 pm they announced results. Only 15 got selected. They appreciated us with Ferrero Rocher chocolates and took many photos with all of their employees.
Guyz you can easily crack any interview. Be thorough with your technical topics, and basics in C, also practice well all the general aptitude topics. Don't give up if you are not selected. Have faith in God and work hard. All the best for your future. Hope you find it useful for your placements.
