I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tessolve (Bangalore) in March 2016. Interview/Selection process experience.

Believe me, with good preparation of your entire B.Tech subjects (Digital electronics, Linear integrated circuits, Basic electronics only), you can easily crack the process.

(I) The first round will be the online technical objective test, which is very easy comprising basic questions from Linear circuits and digital electronics answer one or two very simple C programming questions.

(II) The second round will be face to face Technical discussion round 1. In this, all the questions that you have answered will be reviewed (to make sure you have not guessed the answers in the test). The interviewer will be having the test questions printed out in his front and your response in his computer. He will be randomly asking some of the questions that you have answered. On successful explanation, he will be asking some more basic electronics questions, again from Linear integrated circuits and Digital Electronics. Once you had done with that, you will be forwarded to Technical Discussion Round 2.

III) As a part of technical round 2, you will be given a set of 6 questions probably circuit designing, which is to be answered within 30 minutes. Then you will be forwarded for face to face interview. These rounds will be taken by very senior guys. My interview was taken by the company chairman himself [unfortunately]. Them being senior, in fact very senior, there won't be any smiling or casual talk. Directly he will start asking the tech round 2 questions. If you explain very well all the answers, or don't mind, most of the answers, you will be forwarded to the HR round. This round is casual, and on completion, you will be offered with a test engineer job.
