Placement Papers - Teradata

Hi guys,
I applied through employee referral and I was interviewed at Teradata on 17th Jan 2016.

The written round consists of 60 questions.
1) Aptitude- 20 questions. Approx 7 to 8 questions from SI and CPI.
2) English- 20 questions. Fill in the blank, RC, Synonym, antonym.
3) DI- 20 questions. Graph, pie chart, table. Easy question but difficult calculation.

Interview:
1) Tell me about yourself.
2) Explain one technology used in your project.
3) Explain Pointers with examples.
4) What is data warehousing?
5) How did you reach here?
6) Write a query to find 2nd highest salary.
7) What is trigger?
8) Why should I hire you?
9) Explain SQL in 5 minutes.
10) What do you about Teradata?

If you are going for Teradata, practice SQL a lot, and learn the concept of data warehousing, bigdata, and Hadoop. If you don't know these technologies they will not hire you because it is a small company with few positions and it is not a mass recruiter.

So be prepared well.
