Placement Papers - Tech Mahindra

Hi, guys, Tech Mahindra organized a pool campus with our college and another on the date of 13-10-2016. All around from my college 40 (approx) students sit for apty test and 10 got selected for technical round, out of which after HR round 6 got selected. I was one of them.

1) Written test has 7 sections and individual sections have cut off. As they told us it to be around 60%.

2) The test was moderate tough. 75 ques to be completed within 50 min. No negative marking.

3) Time management is required, guys. Keep practicing.

4) Then TR round comes.

I was the first one to be interviewed. I entered and wished her. Yes, it was a madam. Surprisingly, I was not asked like "introduce yourself". Rather she asked:

- What is your name? 

- Where are you from? 

- Tell me something about your project just the overview?

- Then she asked me: "what was your subject in 6th and 7th semester?"
Some how I managed.

- Then Asked me: "Rate yourself in Java out of 10?" me: 8

- Then she asked:
" Method overloading/overriding/constructors/abstractions/interfaces/OOPS property "

- The she comes to DBMS.
She asked: "Do you know PLS SQL?", "Give me a table and asked me to get summation of all subject\'s marks"

- Then she asked about my hobbies and that\'s it.

After an hour they announced my name for HR round.

Guys if you clear TR round then its 99% sure you will get the job.

In this round, they asked me for my xerox copies of all credentials like mark sheet/DOB proof/Voter Card proof etc etc.

Then asked (as I am from CSE background).
- Why CSE?
- Why TechMahindra?

That\'s it.

After an hour result was announced. My name was the first name they announced. Don\'t lose hope guys. I was rejected by Johnson Controls/TCS/Infosys/Hitachi Consulting
