Hi, I am Vinay Krishna from Tirupati A.P.

I need to share my interview experience with you which has happened on 14 September 2016. I have attended the Tech Mahindra interview & the process of selection is,

1. Return exam.
2. Picture based exam writing.
3. Technical interview.
4. HR interview.

In \'round 1\', the exam pattern contains 75 questions of 7 sections & time allotted for this is 50 minutes remember there is a sectional cutoff which is 60%.

There will be simple questions in return exam which are purely online exam . If you qualify this round the computer shows congratulations you moved to further.

Then \'round 2\' starts immediately it\'s is memo writing I.e computer shows you a random picture & you have to make story based on that & you have to type 200 words remember when you typing don\'t make spelling mistakes that where people got eliminated & the essay that your written will be corrected by TechM coordinates, not by computer so make sure what type grammatically correct sentences.

If you have qualified both the rounds than you move to technical round where simple basic questions were asked by them I am from ECE department what the questions they asked me is what is communication, resistors & microprocessor & controller.

If qualify this, you are 90% selected the comes HR Round where the questions are like tell me about urself, why chose engineering & questions from your resume. If you have attended any workshops, intrenships, paper presentation makes sure you have to be in a position where you have to tell something about the topics you have presented. After qualifying all the rounds the TechM coordinators announces that you have selected.
