Placement Papers - Tech Mahindra

Hi All,

I am Sivanagaraju attended Tech Mahindra Off campus referral drive 2016 at Gitam University, Hyderabad.

Selection Procedure:

1) Online aptitude test (130 questions in 80 minutes).
2) Essay writing (10 minutes and random topic given at that time only).
3) Technical Round of Interview.
4) HR round of Interview.

My Experience:

First round is huge elimination round around 90-95% will get eliminated in this round.

There is no negative marking but there is sectional and overall cutoff.

The whole process takes one day only.

But my results are announced after two days ie on 16th March 2016.

I am happy to say that I GOT SELECTED. :)
