That was the most awaiting interview call from Tech Mahindra. I already have given my interview and waiting for a short list procedure. Finally, my profile got shortlisted and called for a final discussion with the senior manager. The job role is Senior Quality and I am responsible for Quality Assurance for a U.S. Based project.

Round I:

Q1: The concerned Quality Manager asked me about seven Quality Tools and their significance in using and handling a lot of data to analyze and interpret. 

I answered: Mentioned seven Quality tools as Check sheet, Stratification, Pareto chart, Histogram, Fish-bone analysis, charts and scatter diagram.

I one by one explained each tool with examples.

Q2: What is a normal probability plot and how is it useful to interpret a process?

I answered: A normal probability plot is used to check the process points are tends to normal and close so that we can interpret that the process is in a stable state.

Q3: How can you use the Process capability analysis to calculate?

I explained the CPK and CP values calculation and method to find normal probability later had a discussion with Quality head and operations manager.

Operations round was bit tough but I was able to manage. Later the concerned HR said will update the feedback shortly.

After that, HR called me later 2 weeks saying that "you are appointed".
