Hello, friends.
I am Vishal Manocha. I am pursuing my BCA from Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhayaya Management College, Meerut.
I went for Tech Mahindra pool drive at Vidya Knowledge Park.
The process was quite simple. We were first tested by an online aptitude test. This was not an easy one and only 20% students present there were selected from the I round. Those who cleared it went for 2nd round which was an essay writing round and it was too an eliminating round and one of my friends were rejected in this round. Then, there was a technical round and last was the HR round. One has to qualify all 4 rounds to clear the process and get selected.
It was about 8 pm when we were finally told that we have been selected.
So, guys, you need to focus on your Aptitude and Verbal skills and must have at least some knowledge of your core subjects.
Definitely, you will be in Tech Mahindra.
