Hello everyone, I am glad to share my placement experience, which might be useful for you all.
It consists of 4 rounds:
1. Online assessment:
You need to answer 130 questions in 80 minutes. There is no negative score, so answer all the questions.
It is broadly divided into 2 sections: Verbal (70 marks) and Aptitude (60 marks). There is sectional cutoff and overall cutoff. Each is again divided into sub sections, you can shift from one section to other. Keep on saving your answers for every sub section.
Verbal consists of synonyms, antonyms, passage type, prepositions, Correction of sentences, Confusing words, Idioms, etc.
Aptitude has basic quantitative, reasoning (verbal and non verbal) , analogies, making judgement, odd one out, number series, pictures.
I advice you to complete verbal as fast as you could, but remember, with accuracy and keep some time for Aptitude sections.
If you are done with this section, a message will be displayed whether you are qualified or nor immediately. If you get through, this you would be proceeded to next round.
2. Essay Writing:
You will be given a very simple topic, I was given Social Networking, but don\'t get over excited seeing the topic, try to avoid spelling and grammatical errors, remember there is elimination in this round also.
3. TR interview:
The interview went on well, your basics are tested in this round, be confident. Be thorough with your projects, internships, and basics in C. Many questions were asked from my resume.
4. HR interview:
He said "Anusha tell me about yourself" and asked simple questions. If you could answer this well, you are almost done. Your next question will be decided based on your previous answer. So be careful. Always keep your smile :) It helps you a lot friends, trust me.
Out of 400 students, 25 were selected from our college. I am glad I am selected. Trust yourself and never let your confidence go down, keep calm and work hard, you will win for sure. Keep trying.
All the best friends :).
