Guys, Tech Mahindra is globally renewed company. Placing in such company is like getting best professional kick start. Our interview goes like that. First the ppt goes for 1 hour.
Then their will be Aptitude test which comprises of 130 questions which are to be answered in 80 minutes. I am sure all can do this. The question pattern will be very simpler than all regular company exams. Just think at very basic level as you see the question. They are just formula related and even many of them are direct substitution.
Coming to English, this is place where you can score maximum marks. Once you are in the exam hall try to do English first. There will be section wise cut-off. So if you clear that them you get on screen "you are successfully completed" on the screen as you submit. As you get this you can proceed to essay writing. It comprises of around 1400 words in 10 minutes. It\'s just easy. Just write your views.
No problem if words remaining is huge, but concentrate on the grammar and don\'t make spelling mistakes. After this their would be interview.Now there will be MASSIVE ELIMINATION in aptitude and MINIMUM ELIMINATION in essay writing and a very little elimination interview.
